Sunday, February 14th marks 8 years since I was rescued from a shelter after surviving a puppy mill. My life has changed so much since I was a scared, sickly pup.
Puppy Mills supply nearly all dogs that are found in any pet store or online shop. These businesses farm dogs like livestock, over-breeding the mothers and fathers without any regard for the health of the parents or puppies. In my case, I had severe dental disease, infections and sores across my body. I had never known human love and was terrified of people and the outside world.
In celebration of my adopti-versary, I'm so excited to share that I've partnered with some of my fave fashion brands to drive donations to National Mill Dog Rescue, an organization that works tirelessly to save dogs who've been subject to puppy mills and find them loving homes.
CanineStyles, the chic NYC institution for the well appointed pup is generously donating 20% of all online sales from 2/11 - 2/18 to National Mill Dog Rescue.
FabDog, my personal source for the BEST in canine pajamas is donating 10% of all sales to National Mill Dog Rescue and offering free shipping with code 'rescuesneedlovetoo' until February 15th.
Max-Bone, fashion favorite of the minimalist hoodie-loving canine is donating 10% of sales to National Mill Dog Rescue AND giving you 10% discount on any purchase until February 20th. Get an extra discount by stopping by the Los Angeles store and mentioning code 'BEAN' Max-Bone (624 N La Cienega Blvd , Unit 4, 90069 West Hollywood)
LoveThyBeast is the designer of my iconic neon pink collar. Shop incredible collars and so much more knowing that 10% of your purchase is supporting National Mill Dog Rescue. You'll also enjoy 10% discount on your purchase with code 'weloveella' all day on February 14th.
Thank you for celebrating my adoption anniversary by adding some style to your OWN pup's life!
